Home Description

Description of the home

I must add first- absolutely no drugs or excessive drinking. I have realised I have now got to say this outright and up front. I don't want to waste anybody's time.

Hello, we live in a really interesting 1940's weatherboard house. It is on the highway well set back from the road. It is opposite the beach. Wooden floors open fire and heating and air-con. On list you can view all the other odds and ends that makes a home. I am a designer so the furnishing is warm welcoming and comfortable and inviting. Lounges, bar area, and a more formal area to eat over looking the garden. Also very large kitchen with BIG kitchen table for casual or private eating with visitors. you can share in food or buy your own. Sharing is easier and I am a chef. If ot I will only chage for cleaning products, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar ect.

No more then 200 meters to supermarket and 12 minute walk to rail and shops. Local shops very cool and trendy. Café over looking the ocean on the pier as well.

We are causal easy going people and are chefs so no one goes hungry.

Bills and expenses

Your household bills are included in your rent per week, this would cover power, gas, water, phone, internet, Foxtel, this amount is more than fair, if its done weekly than there is not a problem as the accounts flow into the house. This amount will only go up if power ect is used with abandon.

About the occupants
Hello my name is Cliff,
I am a very young 55, love to keep fit, some gym and swimming. I am a chef, and at this time have a local furniture shop and do design work with my twin brother who also shares my house. We are social people and love entertaining as we come from a very large family. Love our quite times as well in our bar area at home and in front of the open fire. Both my brother and I are chefs so we do love cooking.

My brother has the granny flat in the garden that backs onto the river.

The home is trendy & friendly and has an air of welcome and comfort.
so routines.. self employed so we come and go as we wish mostly. I am a house keeper. I usually clean, shop and cook. I'm happy to look after the home but don't like picking up after others.

Hudson (Cliffs twin) has bungalow in garden. does get involved and likes a laugh and sport. Very social with the household. He is straight.
I actually have 2 rooms available.
Compatible people
Must be decent and honest. Home is home and should be treated as such. A social person is great, and someone clean is essential. In the home there is currently 2 smokers, I don't smoke but have no problem with it, although no smoking in the house. Cannot do hard drugs of any kind or anyone with serious emotional problems or alcoholic. I am sorry to mention this, but I have had a few shocking experiences with people coming and lying and consequently causing havoc and not caring. I would rather be up front and not waste each others time. my home is best for a reasonably quiet together adult or a uni student or apprentice.
in saying this we are social and like a drink...

You will live with 3 others in time and still have a lots of privacy. Just ask anything you might not be clear on.
It is $250 per week (this includes bills for a single person). You are welcome to do your own cooking if you want to.
