Spacious unit full of natural light. The bedroom includes an inbuilt wardrobe and optional desk.
Common areas are open plan with modern furnishings and a nice comfy couch in the living room. Unit has central heating and a split system for aircon.
The 3rd room is set up as an office and is free to use on Mon/Wed/Thurs if needed. You’re also welcome to use all my kitchen and cleaning stuff.
Double garage for parking. The backyard is a pretty decent size for a unit.
Just a couple mins drive or a short walk to the supermarket and Frankie’s cafe.
