I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom) apartment located across from Anzac Metro Station. Available from the 10th of April.

About your Room:

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed and quality mattress, and has large built-in wardrobes on both walls, offering plenty of storage. You’ll also have your own private bathroom. The apartment is on the upper floor, with beautiful views of the ocean and Albert Park Lake.

About the Apartment:

The shared living space includes all furnishings including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kitchen supplies, couch, table, tv and vacuum. There is lots of pantry space. Spacious balcony with a great view of South Melbourne and amazing sunsets 🌅

Amenities:

The apartment has a rooftop that you can enjoy with large jacuzzi and dinning area with kitchen, bbq, and lounge are perfect for sunbathing on the rooftop or relaxing with a good book. The lounge area to host friends and get-together.

Transport:

You are across the road from Anzac Metro station with direct trams and trains to CBD. The South Melbourne market is a 15 min walk away, there is a Woolworths 5min walk away. The apartment is only 2km away from Federation Square, and a 7 min drive to the South Melbourne beach.
