The bedroom itself is the biggest room in house (approx 4.0 x 4.0m) with heaps of natural light, 2 huge built in robes, a nice big window and an ensuite. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house will be furnished. The room comfortably fits two desks, a queen bed and more! The ensuite gets lots of natural light, and has a shower and toilet.

Hello potential flatmates!

We have a BIG master bedroom (perfect for a couple or solo) with an ensuite and car spots available in an amazing location in our sharehouse in South Yarra. We’d love to fill the room for all 12 months of 2023 - if this sounds like you, please read on!

🏡 THE HOUSE 🏡
Brilliantly located super close to supermarkets, both trams and trains (South Yarra or Prahran station), Prahran Market, Chapel St, and Fawkner Park all comfortably within walking distance (less than 8 mins walk).

The house is an amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with a little front and backyard that continues around the house. The house is double brick, so doesn’t get too hot in summer and has gas heating. There is plenty of parking available (2-3x parking spaces in the driveway and 2x street permits). We’ve been living here for 2 years already and absolutely love it 🌟

👋 ABOUT US 👋
Nate (me, he/him - 24) I’m a final year medical student, originally from New Zealand. I’m into ultimate frisbee, running, and listening to or playing music (particularly when having a beer or two). I spent a year off medicine in 2022 doing a research degree.

Liam (he/him - 23) is also a final year medical student hailing from Warrnambool (“God’s country”). He also took a year off medicine in 2022 to get his pilot’s licence and is also working on trying to start a medical technology business.

Traditionally we’ve always done a few group dinners per week (can cater to dietary requirements) and we are both fairly social overall. In saying that, we are busy people and value down time when we get it.

Ideally you’ll be easy-going, clean, and probably either studying or working part/full time. We’re looking for a person or couple who is house proud and wanting to contribute to the warm, sociable and safe vibes of the house. Our landlords aren’t keen on animals so we’d prefer no pets. As you will be added to the lease, we would MUCH prefer if you can stay the full 12 months!
