Come live in a super spacious, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, art deco apartment in South Yarra.
Location is great, in the Domain precinct, next to the botanical gardens for all your nature strolling needs and a 10 minute walk from Richmond station, 15m to South Yarra and 30m walk into the city (10m with a bike).
The apartment is ground floor, art deco vibes with street parking available. There is a large, functional kitchen with dishwasher, separate lounge room with split system heating / aircon, dining room and laundry.
The apartment is quite large so it's easy to give each other space, but would also be open for the occasional hang out or family meal. Ultimately it is a quiet home to relax in and not a party space.
The lease is long term (am signed on until at least Feb 2027) so am happy to consider long term applicants as well as short term (1 month+). If needing the room to be partially furnished, I have a queen mattress available to use.
