The room is double room with existing wardrobe space and lovely natural light where the afternoon sun comes in. The room comes unfurnished besides the robes. Rent is $933p/m. Bond is around $1100 (will let you know exact figure upon interview).

The house is 4 bedrooms with a massive kitchen, living room, separate dining room, sunroom, laundry, and one main bathroom and one ensuite. There is also a large sized backyard for enjoying those summer rays.
We have all the essentials - washing machine, ducted heating, mostly stocked kitchen and the house is fully furnished (minus your bedroom). Street parking is available with a permit (which comes at a small fee).

The location is incredible - we are a 3 min walk to chapel st, located just behind the Jam Factory. Across the road from a dog park, a few mins walk to trains, trams and close to 4 different supermarkets.

The pictures don't do the house justice, it is extremely clean, beautifully furnished and very well maintained. We take pride in our home and want someone who will also love it as much as we do.

About the occupants
You’ll be living with three girls in their early 30s (one Aus girl and two from Ireland). We are all professionals, working 9-5 Monday to Friday. The house is quiet during the week and we mostly socialise outside the house on the weekends. We are respectful, clean and friendly housemates and there is a lovely vibe in the house. We are looking for someone with the same qualities and a similar routine and age group. None of us work from home (expect for the odd day here and there) and ideally you are the same. We also would like someone that is looking to stay for a while (at least a year) and help create a home with us…so no short-term stays. Female and males welcome to apply but unfortunately no couples or pets.
