Remarkably spacious, 2 bedroom top-floor apartment near the Yarra river, Botanical Gardens, Richmond and South Yarra. Boasts two separate balconies, a large living/dining area, modern kitchen and bathroom, plenty of built-in storage and also a very cool housemate (me).

I've been living in this apartment since the start of 2025. Unfortunately my lovely housemate, Mariana is moving away for work in April so I'll be hoping to find a new homie to take her fully furnished room when she leaves.
