We have the top apartment in a 3-storey apartment block with a beautiful courtyard and friendly neighbours. The bedrooms have north-facing windows and plenty of daylight. The room (marked in the floor plan) has a built-in wardrobe and we can provide a bed if needed. The place has a washing machine / dishwasher / fridge / freezer / toaster / microwave / bathtub / shower. We have a parking permit for street parking and none of us have a car.

Within 10min walking distance: Woollies, St Kilda Road, trams, Botanical Gardens, Shrine of Remembrance, NGV, IGA, servo, Hungry Jacks.

About occupants
Max has been living in this super central, bright and beautiful flat in Southbank for 3 years now; Harsh moved in 2 years ago. Regrettably our awesome third housemate Sarah will be leaving us to do her regional work, so we're looking for someone who will sublet her room during that time (approx. 4 months).

I am Max, a 34yo German-Greek architect from Berlin, now working in engineering consulting. I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and salsa dancing, and I like going out for drinks in bars, parks and our balcony :)

Harsh is a 30yo Indian software engineer who has been living here since he arrived in Melbourne almost 2 years ago. He is loving the city, very sociable and always eager to explore. He is into cricket and photography when he's not nerding out, does salsa dancing too, and enjoys joining the gang for for picnics and balcony drinks.

We both work regular office hours; our workplaces are both in the city but we are currently still working mainly from home.

Our current housemate Sarah is unfortunately wrapping up her working holiday stint to move back to Germany next month, so we are now looking for a new friendly and fun housemate to share this home with! It's important for us to get along with you and to be able to hang out together but also to respect each other's privacy. We like to have after-work drinks or go out together, and get along well with each other's friend groups. Also looking for road trip companions - haven't seen much of Australia yet so if you're keen to explore that's a big plus!
