- Due to my asthma, smoking and pets must all be outside only

I'm used to living with multiple housemates most of my life. Because it is my own home, I am open to discussions regarding minor changes, furniture, pets, etc. I ensure common areas are kept to good standard. Pretty chill and friendly. In return please keep my house neat, clean, and the rent paid.

Love roller skating, snowboarding, whiskey, hiking, burritos, and a good life story.

The housemates here keep to themselves, mostly working, or out doing their own things. We come home to rest in quiet privacy. We keep the place neat and clean together (I do most of the bins and buying common house supplies, but others do pick up the slack when I'm unavailable).
