My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a friendly, considerate person to share this calm, comfortable two-bedroom apartment with me long term.
It’s a relaxed, welcoming home rather than a party house, ideal for someone who enjoys their own space, a friendly chat and an easygoing lifestyle.

I love cooking and I’m fairly social, although home for me is more of a place to relax than a constant social hub. I’m always happy to have a chat, share a meal or have friends over occasionally, but I also really value having our own space.
I’m involved in a great yoga community too, so if you’re into yoga — or want to get into it — I can definitely introduce you to some good people.
Overall, I’d say I’m friendly, laid-back and pretty easy to live with.
I work from home, so it’s important to me that we’re considerate of each other during the day. I’d also love someone who helps keep the place feeling like a home rather than just somewhere we both sleep — clean, comfortable and looked after.
No smoking please, including cigarettes, vaping or weed, and no pets.
If you’re into exercise, sport or generally keeping fit, that’s a bonus — but mostly I’m just looking for someone friendly, considerate and comfortable sharing a home.
