St Kilda Apartment — Lease Transfer
Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in our lovely flat in St Kilda

The apartment is in a really convenient spot, close to Balaclava Coles & Woolworths and Acland Court, so you’ve got plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and things to do nearby.

It’s also super easy to get around — there’s a tram stop on Chapel Street just a 2-minute walk away, as well as the 67 tram, making it really easy to get into the CBD.

The room is on the ground floor, and the property has recently had a large new fence and automatic gate installed, providing some extra privacy and security.

It’s a social but relaxed home — we’re happy to have a chat in the kitchen or hang out, but there’s also plenty of space to do your own thing. Definitely not a party house, but we like having a friendly and comfortable home environment. And we are looking for someone who is respectful and welcoming of everyone.

Great things to keep in mind is the new fence not only insures your safety but the safety of your vehicle as the property has private parking within the gated area!

There is also Heating/Aircon that works a treat on those hot summer evenings.

WIFI INCLUDED!!!

If you think you’d be a good fit for the vibe, send me a message with a little bit about yourself.

You’d be living with my current flatmate, Lucy, who is 20 (soon to be 21) and originally from Scotland. She works Monday–Friday, and we have a pretty chill lifestyle at home. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, chatty, respectful and easygoing, and who’s happy living with just one other person.

One thing to note: Lucy is also planning to transfer her lease around late November, so there is a possibility that you may live with a couple of different people over a relatively short period of time. Just something to keep in mind when considering the room!

Compatible people
As mentioned we live a pretty calm lifestyle, preferably someone happy to socialise as it is a smaller flat. But also someone that respects the privacy of other flatmates and happy to have down time especially as Lucy works full-time
