Hey everyone!
We have a furnished room available in a spacious, bright, and well-located three-bedroom apartment in St. Kilda. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other people in their early 30s who are also full-time workers.
We’re all responsible and organized, and we make sure to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. We respect each other’s privacy, but we’re also open to having drinks and talks on weekends.
The apartment is in a dream location. You can walk to Acland Street in just five minutes, where you’ll find Coles, Woolies, bars, and restaurants. The beach is only three minutes away, and the botanical garden is also just three minutes away.
You can catch tram 96 in five minutes or tram 16 in seven minutes.
