Room is furnished with double bed, brand new cabinet, drawers, side table, desk, heater, sheets if needed
Bed has been used exactly once by a guest and I custom built the frame for the room.

Large queen bed, large closet, large windows, French doors. Optional desk and chair, sheets etc
🛋️ All new furniture and appliances purchased within the last 6 months.
$35 set rate per week for bills, cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc. There is also a garage if needed
