I'm looking for someone to share my place in Sunbury.
The house is a 1978 home, nicely renovated,
It has 3 bedrooms, on of them with its own ensuit, 1 brand new bathroom with a big bathtub, separate shower, and toilet.
The place is 5 Min drive to the town, shops, facilities and train station.
5 Min Drive to the calder freway. 2 Min walk to the bus stop.
The house has an amazing Garden, so if you like nature and have a green thumb, it might be a good fit.
