The room is in a detached building separate to the house. I'm still sorting it out for a lodger but there is also a second room for you to use and 1/2 of a third room (rumpus/storage, former garage) that you would enjoy mostly private use of. Bathroom (pictured) is shared, house has two toilets, pleasant garden and gazebo; kitchen inside; it may be possible to set up basic cooking facilities in your quarters (in the former garage), this can be negotiated. Also a living room with projector inside the house.
