Description of the home

The apartment is very well maintained and the room comes with an ensuite. There are heating panels in each room and an air conditioner in the living room. The room can come with a bed if needed. There is also a small tv screen in the room and Amazon prime and Netflix are included in the rent. There is IGA walking distance from the apartment along with some other shops, cafes and restaurants and a bus stop very close by that will take you to the Sunshine train station. We also have a beautiful balcony with really nice neighbourhood views, perfect to sit and have a coffee/read a book/relax whatever. :)
