$250 per week includes your room and access to all common areas. Utility usage - no extra.

In addition to having access to all home services, we have also included the following amenities in the room: a bar fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV, desk, chair, large double wardrobe, drying clothes rack, heater, and Fan.

As a person place, we're rarely about and there is never really ever waiting on amenities ideal if your a student or working from home.

Location is a light 20-minute walk to Sunshine Train Station (with a 20-minute ride to the CBD) or a 10-minute walk to the bus stop.

The property backs onto grasslands and water - Perfect for nature lovers—walking trail.

The home has a pet rabbit Pepe and Cockatiel Baby.

Cleaning of all common areas is completed by the owner and is done regularly very clean.

Supermarkets, medical and Sunshine library is close by if studying away from home is required; otherwise, each room has a small study area, internet.

We’re looking for a responsible, kind, considerate housemate who prefers doing their own thing, but doesn't mind a friendly chat now and again.
