The largest room, which includes air conditioning, is $1200 per calendar month; furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and a proper desk and chair — perfect if you're still studying or working from home (I work from home myself, so I understand the necessity.) Bills are shared among housemates. As everyone has moved in within the last couple months, we've added some decorations and appliances into the common areas.
It's just an extra $10 per month for the Unlimited Telstra 100Mbps NBN.
There is also a BOSCH washing machine with a heat pump dryer for winter, a large double door fridge, plus basic kitchen appliances ready to be used and looked after. I welcome anyone who is quiet, enjoys a peaceful atmosphere at home, and is respectable to others and basic chores.
