Up for rent is an unfurnished, self contained home, well positioned on a quiet street near the Glengala Rd shops. The house features ducted gas heating and a powerful AC in the living room. Decent sized bedrooms with built ins and there are two extra linen/storage closets.
The house is on a very large block with a lovely big backyard, garage/workshop, and undercover area. Maintaining the gardens is part of the deal which we will share.
I live in the granny flat in the back yard with my dog.

As you will be going on the lease, I am looking for people who want a stable long term home, who will pay on time, look after the place, minimal ruckus, general adult stuff. You will need to be able to provide ID, proof of income etc to the real estate.

Description of pets
Winnie the Great Dane is a delightful old girl (9 years!). She is pretty lazy but she loves to come and check out whatever is going on. She is fantastic with people and bigger dogs, but she does not get on with small animals. For everyone's peace of mind, large/XL dogs are welcome but any other pets would need to be 100% indoors.
