Hi there,

I have got a spare fully furnished room available to rent for a single occupant. It's a 3 bedroom house with modern lounge and dining area, equipped with all the latest appliances.

3 minute drive to local shopping centre and 15 mins drive to the train station. 8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (if required). There is a new club that includes cafe, gym and a swimming pool which is only 3 mins walk from home. To use gym and swimming pool, you'll only need to pay $25 (one time payment) for access card.

Atleast one month notice to be provided before vacating the house.
Strictly no couples as the room is only for 1 person.

You will have your own private room and a bathroom (not ensuite). You would get a comfortable and peaceful stay here :)

Bills and expenses

The monthly rent $960 and bond $1000 needs to be paid in advance. The bond will be fully refunded on the day of your moving out if there's no damage to the property and the appliances. The rent is inclusive all bills.
Also, one month's notice is required before you vacate the room to get the full bond back.

Please note: cleaning your room and bathroom will be your responsibility. Expecting someone who can do a detailed cleaning atleast once a month.
