The deal's simple: $440 a week covers everything—power, gas, water, free high-speed internet, and endless hot showers. To be clear: we spend a lot on keeping this house in top condition.

* 24/7 Climate Control: We have climate control running 24 hours a day. In the summer we keep it cool, and in the winter we keep the house at a warm 22° even at night.

* The Bills: We spend up to $40 a day just on climate control and about $80 a day on total utilities (electricity, heating, cooking, showering, etc.). This is all included in your rent, and you can use them as much as you want. Essentially, your rent is actually less than what we spend just on keeping the house comfortable and running

The Space & Perks
* Office/Study Room: There is a dedicated room to work from with desks and everything ready to go. I don't use it, so you can. If you work from home, that is completely fine and we can arrange that.
* Your Room: Big, fully furnished (bed, sheets, storage).
* Storage & Groceries: We have extra fridges and plenty of space for your groceries or any extra things you bring with you.
* Maintenance: I handle all the gardening, lawn mowing, and yard work. You don’t have to do any of that—just keep your own area and the house neat and tidy.
* Wellness: I have a professional hyperbaric chamber in the house (worth $25,000 brand new) which you are welcome to use. I also have ice baths, a sauna, and a red light setup.
