Ideal for sunshine lovers and those who like to keep cosy, our space is filled with light from both north and east-facing windows, has a huge balcony along the east side to get that fresh air and sun on your face, plus double-glazed windows and reverse heating/ac to keep you warm and toasty! ☀️
The building is only 6 years old and has a great, relatively small community of tenants. The apartment and is a 3 bed, 2 bath with 2 Underground carparks, monthly rotating use, plus plenty of free parking nearby. We also have 2 storage cages we share in the carpark.

About occupants
Lana 37 (she/her): Archaeologist that does in fact like to discuss rocks, will even let you look at her collection. Occasionally lets her inner country gal loose. Excellent walk and talk companion, occasional gamer, early dinner eater, and Preston market goer.

Sam 38 (she/her): Works in events and collects jobs like they’re Pokemon (4 at last count), she’s a night owl with an unpredictable schedule, always up for a yap in the kitchen or a couch companion to watch the footy. Samba drummer, inconsistent gym goer, lover of podcasts and resident fun auntie to all her friends’ kids.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone aged 32-42ish who is tidy, kind, responsible, conscientious, and good at communicating. We get along so well because we are all thoughtful of each other, very respectful, and make sure we talk if there are any issues. Although we do our own thing a lot we also don't hide in our rooms, we chat and catch up when we’re home together. The house feels so nice, safe and peaceful to come home to. We’d love you to bring that attitude/energy to the house too and be prepared to sign on to the lease for at least 12 months.

Please no couples, and please respect that we don’t have partners over more than maybe once a week, and would prefer you didn’t either.
