Ideal for sunshine lovers and those who like to keep cosy, our space is filled with light from both north and east-facing windows, has a huge balcony along the east side to get that fresh air and sun on your face, plus double-glazed windows and reverse heating/ac to keep you warm and toasty! ☀️
The building is only 6 years old and has a great, relatively small community of tenants. The apartment and is a 3 bed, 2 bath with 2 Underground carparks, monthly rotating use, plus plenty of free parking nearby. We also have 2 storage cages we share in the carpark.
The location on High Street has fantastic PT connections next to the 86 tram, a 7 min walk to the train and a 13 min walk to the 11 tram. We are near some fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and walking distance to supermarkets, shops, gyms and anything else you need.

Sam 38 (she/her): Works in events and collects jobs like they’re Pokemon (4 at last count), she’s a night owl with an unpredictable schedule, always up for a yap in the kitchen or a couch companion to watch the footy. Samba drummer, inconsistent gym goer, lover of podcasts and resident fun auntie to all her friends’ kids.
Please no couples, and please respect that we don’t have partners over more than maybe once a week, and would prefer you didn’t either.
