Description of the home
Close to 58 tram, and Toorak and Heyington station are nearby. Short walk to Toorak Village which has a Cole’s and Woolies. Not too far from Chapel St
Home is furnished fully so only bedroom furniture needed. Several areas of storage around home and in bedroom.
There is a 12 year old cat so must want to enjoy a cat that loves to cuddle and be around people. His litterbox is in bathroom so an issue with litter or pet waste would not be ideal.

Kyle (24) - Neurodivergent student studying forensics. Works hospo jobs days and nights. Kyle likes to dive into his Magic The Gathering collection when not studying. Kyle is quite the chatter, he is very friendly and supportive. He is a huge horror fan.
As a couple we love to go to music festivals or out for a night whe in budget. Otherwise enjoy playing board games with friends or just each other, playing some Mario Party, or watching film/tv.
Harley will always be with the person in the house. He is super clingy.
Must be open to occasionally feeding Harley if one of us cannot get home in time (cat) and giving him some love.
Also don’t love the smell of weed due to family history, but drug use is fine other than that. Kyle vapes so that is ok too, just keep it outdoors.
He is super cuddly and super lazy.
Flatmate Preferences
