Home Description

Description of the home

Close to 58 tram, and Toorak and Heyington station are nearby. Short walk to Toorak Village which has a Cole’s and Woolies. Not too far from Chapel St

Home is furnished fully so only bedroom furniture needed. Several areas of storage around home and in bedroom.

There is a 12 year old cat so must want to enjoy a cat that loves to cuddle and be around people. His litterbox is in bathroom so an issue with litter or pet waste would not be ideal.

About occupants
Reece (34) - I’m a neurodivergent counsellor taking a bit of a break from work as I finish masters degree. I personally am quite sarcastic, dry and sassy with humour but also can be quite high energy. I am home a fair bit at the moment as completing uni and taking mental health break from work, I like to have music playing often and have a huge board game collection. I prefer to chill in living space watching a show or movie, doing art or reading as the sun is nice there. My cat is named Harley, he has some health issues but is super cuddly and friendly and is a purr machine. He will often want to sit on your lap and go to sleep.
Kyle (24) - Neurodivergent student studying forensics. Works hospo jobs days and nights. Kyle likes to dive into his Magic The Gathering collection when not studying. Kyle is quite the chatter, he is very friendly and supportive. He is a huge horror fan.
As a couple we love to go to music festivals or out for a night whe in budget. Otherwise enjoy playing board games with friends or just each other, playing some Mario Party, or watching film/tv.
Harley will always be with the person in the house. He is super clingy.
Compatible people
We are open to most but want someone with initiative to clean fairly and pay bills and rent without prompting. Love to create more of a comfy home dynamic rather than people just sharing a space.

Must be open to occasionally feeding Harley if one of us cannot get home in time (cat) and giving him some love.

Also don’t love the smell of weed due to family history, but drug use is fine other than that. Kyle vapes so that is ok too, just keep it outdoors.
Description of pets
Harley has some health issues and must stay indoors or be monitored on balcony. He can try to sneak out so being careful of front door.
He is super cuddly and super lazy.
