Gas (hot water heater, gas oven, gas fireplace, gas in wall heater). Electricity, three split systems - one in room for rent, one in master and one in kitchen), water. When I'm away the gas, water and electricity is to be paid by tenant (approx $300 per month depending on the time of year). Internet included in the rent. When I'm here - half of all.

Hi there, I'm a semi-retired mature professional woman who has lived overseas for most of my life - most recently Washington DC for 30 years. Description of pets
I love animals - sadly my beloved kitty died in February and I miss her more than I can say. I'm not yet in a position to get another kitty - but hope to at some stage in the future. In the meantime I am open to the right tenant who has a kitty (or a small dog).
