Relatively small but mighty open plan unit that was built 12 years ago. Featuring a large modern kitchen that will inspire any home cook! With an open plan living area with home cinema and projector. Lush courtyard garden with small decking and vegetable planter framed in in a swathe of green from the Gumtrees and surrounding bush land. Heating in all rooms and air-conditioning in the main living area. Two bathrooms, one shared and one ensuite. All of the kitchen appliances you'd ever need and fully furnished (but not married to the furniture and layout, and happy to mix things up!)

There's a garage mainly for storage and drums but a shared space for all to store things or use the workshop and tools. The house is super efficient when it comes to the cost of bills and stays cool in summer/warm in winter. A four minute walk to upwey station and shops, with plenty of bars and great food. A 10ish minute walk to Tecoma and a four minute drive to Belgrave!

Bills and expenses

Water, gas, electricy and internet. Which are just shared in thirds. House is super efficient! My current housemates and I are paying $250 a quarter/$90ish a month for everything.
