I have been calling this flat home for three years and have loved every moment! The 2 bedrooms are a fair distance from eachother which allows privacy and the openess of the communal area i have found allows both alone time and the casual chat/shared meal. The house is located on a quaint suburban street in West Footscray that is both safe and neighbourly. It is walking distance to shops, public transport, West Footscray Station, cafes and the post office. The backyard incldues a veggie patch including many herbs and working worm farm. I am open to any furniture you want to bring with you and there is also a storage space/garage that can fit a car on the smaller side if needed.

Description of pets
I have a small cat named Rolo who is one year old. She is an indoor cat mostly but I do let her out into the garden for fresh air supervised when possible. She loves chasing flies, she jumps really high and often sounds like a bird chirpping when she meows. She is very friendly and loves a back scratch.
