The property is fully furnished other than the bedroom that is available but we can make room for more furniture if possible! The bedroom available has a door into the main bathroom directly from the room so is essentially an ensuite, there is a massive entertaining balcony as well. Tram stop and bus stop are a 5 min walk away and we’re right next to st Kilda junction with both Fitzroy st and chapel st around a 10min walk and also a 5/10 min walk to Albert park lake.
