The house has a great kitchen and spacious living area perfect for having a few people over for dinner. The garden is also huge and the perfect spot for a few drinks and the odd bbq. There is also an out building which contains a washing machine and an extra fridge/freezer.
We're looking for someone to go onto the lease, which is currently month to month.
Rent is paid on the 14th of every month.
