Home Description

Description of the home

Two bedroom flat on the top floor of a 3 storey building. Lots of natural light and views over the neighbourhood. The flat is fully furnished. The kitchen is modern. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom. Sorry guys, looking for ladies only.

There are 2 tram stops out the front for #5 and #64 route trams. Windsor train station is 7 minutes walk (Sandringham line). It’s close to Chapel Street shops and dining/takeaway places.

The flat overlooks a busy road and while it’s mostly quiet in the late evenings, the daytime and evening traffic can be noisy - so if you’re a light sleeper or prefer total silence to sleep, this may not be the place for you. It’s the requirement of the landlord and real estate for new flatmate to transfer onto a new lease agreement.

Also no smokers or drug takers, thanks.

About occupants
A little about me, Monique, single professional in my early 40s. I work full time in Accounts Payable with 3 days working from home. I enjoy theatre, occasionally catching up with friends on the weekends and going for walks to keep active.
Compatible people
I like a clean & tidy home, I clean up after myself in the common areas and would expect the same of a flatmate. I’m generally a very quiet flatmate and mostly keep to myself but I don’t mind the odd chat when we’re both about. Looking for a flatmate who is also on the quiet side. Communication is an important part of shared living and I’m happy to make time for anything concerns or things to be addressed, no matter how big or small.
Description of pets
Sadly pets aren’t allowed in the flat at the moment.
