About occupants
I am a gay male with two 10-year-old indoor cats, looking for a settled, long-term flatmate. I was born in Perth, then studied, lived and worked in Sydney for ten years at a special effects company before moving to Melbourne, where I worked as a finished artist for 20 years.

I’m quiet, a friendly introvert and mostly keep to myself but I am very happy to be interrupted or for company watching tv. I don’t smoke or drink ( I don’t mind if you drink ). I’m not much into partying or entertaining. Most of my time is spent in my small media room, creating on the computer, 3D modelling, or watching British TV, documentaries and classic sci-fi. I like going for daily walks and I prefer a calm home with just a few close friendships rather than big groups.

I’d really appreciate someone who enjoys a peaceful environment, likes cats, and might occasionally join me in the media room for TV. I am hoping this could develop into a long-term arrangement with the possibility of moving together to future places, as I did with the previous long-term flatmate. The cats are important,,, one may very well want to share your bed occasionally so please see "description of pets".
Please send me a message if interested.
regards Robert.

Looking for a friendly, easy-going and hopefully long term flatmate. Relaxed, reliable, drama free,,, and cat friendly.
Description of pets
I have two 10-year-old indoor cats, so you should be comfortable with cats. The girl is shy and mostly sticks with me. The boy is very friendly and will probably bond with whoever moves in — he’s a “shoulder cat” and may even want to share your bed occasionally. In winter the boy may like to get under the quilt, in summer he sleeps on top, or sometimes on a chair ?— up to him. I tend to leave my door slightly ajar at night so the cats can come and go, obviously we close doors to change etc.
