Description of the home

Looking for a neat-and-tidy person to rent our room in Windsor from mid April until the end of September. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, bookshelf, and chests of drawers. Linen available if needed.

We have a backyard, compost bins, a vege garden, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom [with a bath], front verandah, and an outside toilet. The hot water service and stove were recently replaced.

The house is close to everything. Chapel Street is a 10 minute walk, St Kilda Beach 25. There are about six different tram routes nearby, train stations [Windsor and Prahran], buses, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Chapel Street of course has great coffee, restaurants, and more icecream parlours than you can poke a stick at.

The room is available from 15 April through 30 September. We prefer someone who can stay the entire time but if you're a bit short please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
