Looking for short term housemate (few months) with prospect of longer term if working well
Beautiful house in Windsor just South of Prahran and close to chapel street but enough distance that peace and quiet. Park nearby for a short walk and some nature time and fresh air. The train station is a 5 minute walk. Lots of cafes, restaurants etc on chapel street and adjacent streets.
The house is recently architect renovated so is functional and stylish. Big living room area and both front and back courtyards. The room is spacious enough for a queen bed and a small desk if you wish.
