Hi 🙂 . Welcome. The house is a quiet and clean . Has no big frills .But things work , are kept clean and tidy. The place has the feeling of a home .You would be living with me and another male . Both in our mid to late 30s. . Large backyard with a brick BBQ perfect for outdoor dinners ,. The lounge room is 90% of the time unoccupied . There is also a study rhat is not used much . You would be sharing a medium sized bathroom with one other male . 10 mins drive from La Trobe Uni and 5 mins bus or car ride from greensbough plaza shopping centre, a workshop under the house for additional storage , plus room in the study to store stuff. I have two middle aged cute cats. Hopefully this house will become your home . cheers Michael
