Hello everyone!
We've got one bedroom available in our three bedroom share house- the best location in Yarraville! It's a 10 minute walk to the train and Yarraville Village, 3 minutes to Coles right next door, and it's nearby multiple parks.
The house:
Three bedroom, one bathroom with separate toilet. There's a separate laundry room, study, lounge room, and kitchen. There's a beautiful backyard with a veggie garden, fire pit and barbecue. Also comes with a massive shed, which is practically empty and available for storage or anything else you may have planned. There is always plenty of free on-street parking,
The house is completely furnished, and the available room comes with a queen bed and a desk. I'm willing to rearrange furniture if you'd like to add some of your own pieces, keeping in mind there's the shed in the back for storage.
The room:
Medium sized, big enough for a double/queen bed, bedside table, set of drawers or a small desk. This is the room featured in the photos. Mirrored built in wardrobe and own split system air con.
You:
Looking for someone with good vibes in their mid 20s to mid 30s, who works full to part time. Ideally we'd love someone social who likes to hang out, but also respects each others down time. Someone clean, responsible and happy to call the house their home!
Bond: $826
Rent: $826/month not including bills (gas, electric, internet, water)

Julio: 31 year old male, and architect from Venezuela. He is currently working as a draftsman in Yarraville and luckily still gets to go to the office each day. On weekends he loves to go on long bike rides and get some exercise, but he's generally pretty low key during the week.
Maggie: 1.5 year old Border Collie and furbaby to Nicole, who loves belly rubs, running in circles around the house and learning new tricks. She loves everyone and will demand you play with her!
You: Someone awesome!
Ideally we'd like to live with people around our age who could become friends as I want to be comfortable at home. However we always understand the need for privacy and closed doors. During this crazy time, we'd love to have housemates who could make being stuck at home fun!
Nicole will be teaching from home, until the the restrictions are lifted but goes into school at least once a week to switch things up. Julio goes into work M-F regular hours. So we need someone who will let us sleep each night and is generally quiet and respectful of others.
