Beautiful modern bright 3 bedroom house in a brilliant location. 8mins drive to Merewether Ocean Baths and 5 minute walk to Adamstown train station.

Bedroom includes a private bathroom upstairs and a large walk in wardrobe. All modern appliances and fully furnished home. Bedroom will come unfurnished.

You will also be sharing with a friendly and happy cavoodle named Ziggy. He is 3 years old, full house trained, very well behaved and super chill. Hypo-allergenic and non shedding. I walk him twice a day and he snoozes all day.

Bills are not included in rent. Internet is $35 per month and electricity, gas come in quarterly.

One bedroom is unoccupied and is used as a spare bedroom/office space.

Looking for someone that's friendly, easy to get along with, clean and tidy. The ideal person works full time and is aged late 20's+. Non smoker and no pets unfortunately

I'm a qualified teacher but taking a career break and working a hybrid job 2 days in office/3 days from home. I'm really friendly, easy to get along with and love a good spontaneous adventure.
