I have one room available in my cozy 2-bedroom townhouse in the Cooks Hill area.

The house has **1 bathroom + 2 toilets** and is fully furnished, so you’ll just need to bring your bedroom essentials.

The living room is cozy with a TV, Netflix and Disney Plus, and there’s also a lovely courtyard that’s perfect for morning coffee, reading, or just chilling outside.

Off-street parking is available, however the garage is used for storage.

The neighbourhood is quiet and chill, but still super convenient.

* Around 5 minutes’ walk to Marketown and Darby Street
* Close to Bar Beach
* Cafés, pubs and shops nearby
* House itself is calm and peaceful

* Water and electricity are split 50/50
* No home Wi-Fi at the moment — I personally use my phone hotspot. If Wi-Fi is something you really need, we can chat about it.

🐾 **Pets**
I already have a cat, so you must be cat-friendly.

Preferably no additional pets, and as far as I know, the landlord only allows cats.
