Linwood St is right in the water in Maryville, close to shops and a 15 minute walk from the interchange.
The room available to rent is on the smaller side, but has a built in with sets of drawers, ceiling fans, and ducted heating and cooling.

The large main bathroom is for common use and includes a bathtub with a seperate shower.

High Speed Internet is included as are other utility costs and fortnightly cleaning services.

Stove is gas and the kitchen is stocked with most everything you could need; cooking utensils, herbs and spices, oils and condiments.

Location is 15min walk to Newcastle Interchange and a range of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Parking spaces are available in front of the property.

Last but not least, our home is a 1 cat household.
