Linwood St is right in the water in Maryville, close to shops and a 15 minute walk from the interchange.
2 rooms available to rent are on the smaller side, but have built ins with a small set of drawers in each, also ceiling fans, ducted heating and cooling.
The large main bathroom is for common use and includes a bathtub with a seperate shower.
High Speed Internet is included as are other utility costs and fortnightly cleaning services.
Stove is gas and the kitchen is stocked with most everything you could need.
Location is 15min walk to Newcastle Interchange and a range of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Parking can be made available for a small vehicle but spaces are available in front of the property.
I have some partial furnishings for one of the bedrooms, a bed and side table, but if required, rooms can be made empty.
