Description of the home
I recently moved into a three-bedroom house in Mayfield with a granny flat out the back. I'll be looking for someone to join me in the house as I’m currently saving for a place of my own.
The house is nice and light throughout with an undercover outdoor BBQ area. It has air conditioning in the kitchen and lounge room which cools the house in summer. So far, I’ve found the house to be well insulated on cooler nights. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove top and lots of pantry space.
The property is within walking distance to the supermarket, good coffee (Pocket Mayfield), public transport (bus 47 stops in the street) and the Stag and Hunter. It is situated on a quiet leafy street. There is no off-street parking however it is never a problem finding parking on the street.
The bedroom is at the front of the house and has plenty of space and natural light. The room would come unfurnished. As I’ve just moved into the place, there’s opportunity to make the house your own and add your flare to the house. I’m planning to setup the third room with a sofa lounge in case people visit and office space for working from home.
I'm hoping for someone to join me on the lease which began at the start of March.
