The house is a quirky, well-designed place with a lot of character. It’s been creatively renovated from an older home — with convict brick walls, polished concrete floors, rendered textures, and slate kitchen bench-tops. Definitely not your average rental.

It’s two stories with three bedrooms, a shared bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs. There’s a spiral staircase between levels, so something to keep in mind if you have any mobility concerns.

The open-plan living area flows out to a covered outdoor space — great for a relaxed evening or a few mates over. The backyard’s got a tropical vibe with jasmine, big trees, a veggie patch, and a Balinese-style pagoda.

There’s good storage, a long driveway, and we’re just a short walk to shops, cafes, and everything you need.

I have an 8 month-old tabby cat named Kiki — she’s sweet, affectionate, confident, and a bit cheeky in the best way. She’s mostly an indoor cat, though I occasionally let her explore the yard with supervision. She’s not shy around new people and will probably come to say hello pretty quickly. I take care of all her needs and like to keep her litter box clean, so no work needed on your end.
