Close to everything easy to live here without a car. $260 P/W All bills included fast internet well set up 4 sharing I supply cleaning stuff i take out bin & clean main areas. I take the issues out of the sharing but u are expected to clean up after yourself eg kitchen bathroom. Quite home in the middle of city go out & enjoy the city. 5 min walk to city uni shuttle to callahan. Walk to groceries cafe beach harbour & transport. Metered parking so prefer no car no smoking place.
