This 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom house is very spacious. Featuring a double garage (used as a workshop for building/ art / storage) and alfresco area with BBQ facilities. Decent sized block, in a quiet street, a 5 minute walk to the water. Modern Gas kitchen and a large living area. I am the home owner and live here with my rescue cat (who really owns the own). 39 YO, female Teacher and Concretor, juggling between site work and school, I'm a pretty busy person. I enjoy my down time, fishing, boating, and making things. This is a dry house. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy, happy to share a house with a rescue cat, and understands that this is a drug and alcohol free space.

$280pw + bills. Fully furnished house with appliances. Can clear furniture out of the room for the right person. Room has built in mirrored wardrobe.

3 month trial period with permission for us both to end this agreement with 2 weeks notice. Potential for a hopeful continuation of 3 month stay. Come meet us and see if you fit :-).
