PLEASE READ all the following information before you make contact. I am used to sharing and thats why I am clear about my expectations. FEMALE ONLY.
Close to all shopping amenities. Bus stop easy walk. Unfortunately we have NO train service while they are building new infrastructure but there are additional buses. Plenty of medical centres and pharmacies. Great library and modern council recreation centre with gyms and pools. Many parks. Tree lined suburb near the hills. The backyard is large and looks out to tree tops.
I clean the house but not your room. You are required to clean your room each week i.e. a vacuum, mop and surfaces dusted. Air the room out regularly. Bedding and towels can be provided if you need them and it is your responsibility to wash those. Clean and tidy bathroom, toilet and kitchen habits are a requirement.

Bills and expenses

Bills are included but reasonable usage is expected, for example avoiding very long showers and turning the light/fan/ac off when you are not in the room . I provide cleaning things such as washing up detergent, toilet cleaner, Chux-wipes, toilet roll and paper towels. You provide all your own food/drinks/ tissues and laundry liquid. Please note: No laundry fabric softeners/conditioners are to be used in the machine but the laundry sanitisers are fine. The clothes dryer is for winter use, finishing off damp clothes from the line or clothes horse, not wet & straight out of machine. You can hang washing undercover in winter.

Hi I am Sharon, semi retired, community volunteer, plant and dog lover. I foster 1 longterm small dog and mind others for friends - all friendly. Im a longtime experienced landlord of lodgers. My home is owned by my son and I rent it from him. It's not 'fancy' but then its not expensive either. My home is compact. It is comfortable, cosy, clean and adequately equipped. I have a large outdoors. I live a slower paced life these days. I enjoy some company and a chat but am aware of personal space. I'm not a prude but I dont like really foul language or using God's name as a swear word.

Description of pets
1 small friendly dog plus some daytime minding of friends dogs. Doggie stuff and dog are all washed regularly.
