BALCATTA (6021). Room Available, Would Suit A Single.

Prices are WEEKLY, and all bills included - electricity, water, gas, and NBN internet. Deposit is 4 weeks plus first fortnight up front (total of 6 weeks).

Sorry, no pets. We have two friendly dogs and two cats already in residence. Would suit a single person.

It's a basically two houses, a 3bedx1bathx1toilet downstairs and a 5x2x2 upstairs, so overall a 8x3x3 with two kitchens, one upstairs and one down. Rooms Only. There's also a big fully enclosed yard, heaps of storage space, and right near a bus stop for easy public transport. Close to the beach and with pretty decent city views.

All rooms come fully furnished, with reverse cycle air conditioning and lockable doors. All doors have smart locks installed.

Two laundries on premises, so access to two washers and two dryers.

Rooms available:
Room #5. Green Room. Upstairs. Triple Built-in-Robe. Shared Kitchen with Rooms 4-8, bathroom and toilet with Rooms 6-8.
Room #8. White Room. Upstairs. Freestanding Robe. Shared Kitchen with Rooms 4-8, bathroom and toilet with Rooms 6-8.

You are welcome to have visitors (if they’re respectful of the house rules) and there is no curfew.
