Description of the home
You’ll have your own bathroom as my room has an ensuite. I’ve only recently moved in so I’m still gathering furniture, meaning if you’ve got your own then feel free to bring it, and if not you’ll have a say in how we curate the space.
There’s a mostly paved courtyard with a small patch of grass, a two car garage with small workshop space, a dining area near the kitchen and a lounge room at the front of the house. There’s also a small third bedroom that I plan to turn into a study/studio/occasion guestroom, so if you work from home then feel free to make the space your own, as I work I construction and will only occasionally be using it for art and admin.

I’m adhd so can be a little chaotic in my own space but do my best to keep communal spaces clean and tidy. I’m typically masculine but identify as queer and get along best with afab and other queer people, but am open to anyone.
