Ballajura

Description of the home

Quiet house on a quiet street in Ballajura, close to awesome ammenities and transport. The house was built in 1986 but it is still in a good condition- its dated but I’m slowly doing things up and adding to things. For now, it is what it is- 4x2 good size block in a safe area. Ballajura is one of the lowest crime rates in Perth which is a big plus.

The house is located on a fairly quiet avenue, has bus access about 50m from the house on the same street (a direct bus to the city not far away) and a really good IGA, Chemist Warehouse, Tavern (with great pub food), Swan Active pool, library and community centre only minutes walk- at the end of the street. Woolworths is also not far from the house and Tonkin Hwy and Hepburn Ave access is only minutes away- which will take you straight to the airport if you are FIFO.

There’s a dining area and lounge-room at the front of the house with a 75 inch TV. And a second living space at the back of the house with another couch and 58inch TV. TVs are connected with Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount+ between them. I have the NBN connected with Optus and the wifi is great in all rooms. The kitchen is medium- large with heaps of bench space if you like cooking, I have two fridges in the kitchen and a walk in cupboard so heaps of space for food. I also have a chest freezer out the back if you need to deep freeze anything.

The backyard is big but I have to get in there and do some gardening- still, a nice place to chill with a drink as it is now. There’s a patio out the back with a BBQ which you are welcome to use anytime :) There's heaps of parking out the front of the house- even though the 'lawn' us currently just sand (retic is being installed upon my return).

I'm heading overseas for 3-4 months and so only looking for a temporary renter until I get back. I have two spare rooms next to each other for anyone who might want to rent two rooms, instead of one. There are 4 bedrooms in the house- including three bedrooms towards the back of the house. I have one guy renting the master bedroom (41, quiet and awesome) and a second guy renting one of the three back rooms ( 41, very quiet and rarely home). The house is very quiet and feels empty most of the time. While everyone is very friendly, everyone likes their space and to keep to themselves. We are really looking for someone or a couple who is quiet and who doesn't mind keeping to themselves. No loud music, parties, or drugs. Smoking outside only.
