Perfect for FIFO!
Hellooo! Looking for a lovely housemate to live in a room in my Ballajura house. The house is located in a great part of Ballajura not far from Tonkin Highway so it's a quick journey to the airport for FIFO workers. We have an IGA, Chemist Warehouse, Subway, Pizza, Chinese Restaurant, and Liquor Store just at the end of our street only a few minutes walk away and Woolworths is only a quick drive away.

The house is located on a fairly quiet street and there's a bus stop a few houses down. We have heaps of parking at the house so no problem for off-street parking for your car.

The house has four bedrooms, a good sized kitchen ready to cook up a storm, a large backyard with BBQ and outside furniture. There is a garage to store any of your belongings if you require.

The house is a share house and I don't live in it. I live in another house just around the corner (also in Ballajura) and I am the property manager- so you will see me around at the house occasionally watering the plants and taking out the rubbish etc.

The room for rent is located at the back of the house so it is quiet, has a 55 inch TV on the wall with Netflix and Disney+ ready for you to use, a double bed, desk/ chair, bedside table and a tall boy. It also has its own split system aircon/ heater.

The rent includes all house bills and internet.
