Description of the home

Hi there! I have a quiet house in Ballajura, super close to awesome ammenities and transport. I am looking for TWO awesome housemate to join us, would suit FIFO workers or tradies or travellers looking for something 3 months minimum. It's a very quiet house and I'm looking for someone respectful who doesn't mind keeping to themselves. I have a weekly CLEANER who attends on Sundays and a monthly GARDENER who comes to keep things from overgrowing. I have just had two travellers move on to their next adventure away from Perth and so I have two rooms available to rent.

The house is a share house with coded entry into the house and each room has its own PIN code to enter. I am the owner and manage the property but I don't live at the premises. I live a few minutes away in a different house in Ballajura and I come to the property 1-2 times each week when needed for upkeep.

The house was built in 1986 but it is still in a good condition- it's dated but I’m slowly doing things up and adding to things. For now, it is what it is- 4x2 good size block in a safe area. Ballajura is one of the lowest crime rates in Perth which is a big plus.

The house is located on a fairly quiet avenue, has bus access about 50m from the house on the same street (a direct bus to the city not far away) and a really good IGA, Chemist Warehouse, Tavern (with great pub food), Swan Active pool, library and community centre only minutes walk- at the end of the street. Woolworths is also not far from the house and Tonkin Hwy and Hepburn Ave access is only minutes away- which will take you straight to the airport if you are FIFO.

There’s a dining area and lounge-room at the front of the house with a 75 inch TV. And a second living space at the back of the house with another couch and 58inch TV. TVs are connected with Netflix and Disney+ in the common areas and most bedrooms. I have the NBN connected with Optus and the wifi is great in all rooms. The kitchen is medium to large with heaps of bench space if you like cooking, I have two fridges in the kitchen and a walk in cupboard so heaps of space for food.

The backyard is big and can get overgrown, hence the gardener attending monthly, it is a nice place to chill with a drink as it is now. There’s a patio out the back with a BBQ which you are welcome to use anytime :) There's heaps of parking out the front of the house.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house- including three bedrooms towards the back of the house. The house is quiet and feels empty a lot of the time. While we are very friendly, everyone likes their space and to keep to themselves. I am really looking for someone who is quiet and who doesn't mind keeping to themselves. No loud music, parties, drugs or smoking.

Bills and expenses

All bills are included in the rent, including Netflix and Disney+. We also have a weekly cleaner and monthly gardener which is included in the rent.
