TWO rooms for the price of ONE: Housemate wanted in Ballajura!

Hey All!

I’m Chris, I own a spacious 4-bedroom home in Ballajura, just 20 mins from the CBD, and I’ve got a bedroom available, plus bonus smaller room.

Straight off the bat, I am not interested in, so please don’t message me about this:
- Not looking for more than ONE person, so no couples, no friends. Just one person only.
- The second room is not big enough for a bedroom hence why I am not getting two people to move in, apologies in advance.
- Not looking for anyone over 35

What’s on offer?
You’ll get TWO rooms, one to sleep in, and the other to use however you want: office, gaming zone, reading nook, TV room… totally up to you!
The home is modern and roomy, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a separate theatre room, and a HUGE backyard made for entertaining, complete with a pool, BBQ area, lawn, and undercover seating.

House features include:
• Air-con & heating
• Fast internet
• Dishwasher, washer & dryer
• Study/storage rooms
• Garden, patio, pool, BBQ area
• Safe, relaxed neighbourhood vibes

Bills: We split the usual (electricity, gas, water, internet).

About us:
You’ll be living with me (Chris) and my friend Ramona (female). We’re easy-going, social, respectful, and keep a chill but fun vibe at home. We both work full-time and value our space, most nights are relaxed at home, but we’re always up for drinks, a laugh, and the occasional night out.
Heads up, I’m planning to get a puppy soon, so dog lovers are a huge plus!
