Perfect for FIFO :)

Looking for an awesome housemate to join me in Ballajura :) I have had the house for a year now and it is a lovely place to live. The house is bright and spacious with two separate TV rooms, a large kitchen which has just been renovated, separate dining area, and an outdoor area perfect for BBQs. Each room has its own split system air con and there is also ducted air conditioning throughout the main common area. We have a fortnightly CLEANER who comes on a Sunday morning for two hours as well as a monthly GARDENER to keep the weeds away.

We have just had a couple move out of the master bedroom after living with us for a year so the front room has become available. It is private and located at the front of the house in a separate area from the rest of the bedrooms.

Woolworths, BWS and petrol station is behind the house and is quite literally a minute walk away. I love that I can walk to the shops- makes things much easier. We are not far away from Tonkin Highway which will take you straight to the airport if you are FIFO.

The kitchen is big and ready for a big cook up if you like cooking :)

There are three rooms at the back of the house which is where I sleep. These rooms are tucked away and private. I have one housemate renting one of the rooms- he is wonderful and friendly.

I have Netflix, Disney+ and HBO MAX on all of the TVs, including in the rooms so please feel free to use the subscription which is included in your rent. All bills, including internet is also included in the rent. Please note that the rent advertised is for a single person- if you are a couple it would be a little bit more. Please discuss this with me :)

I have a friendly dog (who will bark when you first meet him but will learn to love you). He sleeps outside in the garage and doesn't come inside much. I have a two year old son who lives with me in the back bedrooms which is far from the master bedroom. He never goes into the front section of the house which is where the master bedroom is.

Please note that the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a spa in it that you are welcome to use. There is an adjacent toilet that comes off the bathroom- this toilet is shared with the other housemate (not me as I have my own separate toilet at the back of the house). The other housemate is moving out before September and when that happens the toilet will become solely yours to use.

Bills and expenses

All bills are included in the rent. This also includes subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max. We have a fortnightly cleaner and monthly gardener which is also included in the rent.
