If you're easy going and down to earth, you'll fit in well at this house. Open to a single person or couple.
This house in the north part of Ballajura has a fully furnished granny flat ready for, perhaps you, to move in.
If you have seen the photos you can see there's a relaxing pool, outdoor area and bbq ready to use.
It sounds like a few people live here, but the granny flat is detached so you have your own space. The flat is very comfortable and has most amenities. The laundry is located in the main house.
In the house we have myself, Fifo 3:1 so hardly home, a mum with her 20 year old daughter, and another lady 40ish.
When we are home we have a couple of kids (10 & 2) visit occasionally so we hope you enjoy their company when they are around as well.
Great location, 20 mins to city & Swan Valley, and half hr to Joondalup and beach.
Airport is straight down the Tonkin Hwy.
Bus stop at the end of the street.
And the most important question to answer... yes there is free wifi.
